OMMAH steel handpan #5 (shown on the left) recently sold on Etsy. The man who bought it, Brandon R. from Maryland, said I could share his review: "This review of my Gongpan that was sculpted by Christopher of the Wolves is long overdue simply because I'm too busy playing it. Upon receiving it, i was overwhelmed with the beautiful appearance of my new sound sculpture. I played it with ease (regardless of having no real musical experience) piquing interest and awe to everyone in earshot. It took a bit of research to figure out exactly what i wanted, but Christopher was helpful throughout the entire process. He gave suggestions and provided me with information that was helpful in making decisions. He even dealt with my pickiness. Overall, I'm thrilled about my purchase and I'm going to wrap this up so i can get back to it." Thank you, Brandon! |

Christopher of the WolvesAt first, making these drums was more of a business idea. But then as I made my first batch of 10 drums in July of 2013, I realized I had stumbled onto making a very special musical drum. Archives
